I understand that this notice does not release any resident from the lease or financial obligations. Rent, utilities and other obligations continue through the applicable termination date unless Marshall Property Management confirms otherwise in writing. The property must be vacant, personal property and trash removed, and all keys and access devices returned according to written instructions. Every home receives professional turnover cleaning; documented vendor cost may be charged as authorized by the lease and applicable law. Final condition review and deposit accounting occur after possession is surrendered.
